Judiciary as Constituted Power in summer term 2021
The lecture on “Judiciary as Constituted Power” will deal with comparative court history from Medieval Canon Law Courts of the 12th century till current national and international courts (like the ECtHR). The lecture aims at deepening advanced knowledge in legal history, will be held in English, using zoom at the end of term in May. The following topics will be dealt with:
