The Faculty Board and the Dean as the speaker are the governing bodies of the faculty. The Faculty Board is concerned with matters of fundamental importance for the faculty according to Art. 40 in conjunction with Art. 36 and 39 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHschG).
