Free, individual career coaching for women
The Executive Support Unit for Diversity and Gender Equality of the University of Passau is offering individual career coaching for female postgraduate students (i.e. master's students), teaching and research assistants as well as doctoral, postdoctoral and habilitation candidates this semester. The coaching offer covers career plans, personal development and life goals and is designed to help you reconcile them. It is offered free of charge.
The following coaches offer sessions in English:

- Professor Irmgard Mausz on 30 June and 1 July 2025
Once you have registered via Stud.IP code 69007 (“Miscellaneous: Laufbahn- und Karrierecoachings für Frauen”) by clicking on “Zugang zur Veranstaltung” (“Go to course”), use the “Terminvergabe” (or “Scheduling”) tab to book your appointment. Please note that each participant can only book one appointment and that the booking is binding.
