From June 25 to 26, 2026, the closing conference "KI meets vhb" took place in Bamberg, with the participation of Mr. Michael Grantner (Research Associate at the Professorship for Legal Informatics esp. Natural Language Processing) and Mr. Simon Alexander Nonn (Research Associate at the Professorship of Public Law).
In their presentation, they shared the project results of the work conducted by both professorships on the development of AI-based approaches to support and improve legal education as part of the project funded by the vhb funding “KI meets vhb”. In addition to didactic considerations and application scenarios for the chatbots developed by the project team, the control question chatbot was presented in particular as a state-based learning system. Possible follow-up projects were also discussed.
A video presentation of the project, lasting just under five minutes, is available on the OPEN vhb platform.
